We will always remember

12 years ago our Mom came on her very first visit to the USA. She was s excited to be able to spend time with our Dad and was looking forward to getting to know his home. It was not quite the welcome she expected and yet what she got to see of this country in the weeks after was the fighting American spirit - a pride in a country that could not be shaken from the terrorism wreaked upon it. 1 year ago Mom became a proud US Citizen. September 11th has good memories for Mom  and although tinged with great sadness too - pride in this country and all it stands for is what gets everyone through such events. God Bless America and God Bless all our first responders and military.

  7. Mommys mom came to the USA on Sept 11, 1949. Mommy sang God Bless America in the living room tonight. We like her singing. She is proud to be an American and it shows.
